Climber Seeds: Four Angled Beans (Kacang Botol)
Hardy, nutrient rich, this perennial is also known as the Winged Bean or Kacang Botol. It is a popular ulam that is highly versatile as every part of the plant can be eaten.
Pods can be eaten raw with sambal belacan or stir-fried. Leaves can be eaten like spinach. Pods are best harvested while younge harvested when 4-7 inches before they get hard. Pick regularly to encourage new flowers.
