Here at Eats, Shoots & Roots, we aim to help people grow their own food with ease, and we always aim to make sure that our products are packed to the highest standards. However, as much as we try very hard to keep our standards up, very occasionally things can go wrong with the quality and/or storage life of our seed boxes. Most of the time, we cannot control the capabilities or potency of the seeds but we do aim to provide only the highest quality products.
If you have any concerns or problems with your seeds, we are more than happy to replace your seed packs/box. We request for you to return the seed box to us in exchange for a new one. We will be happy to send over some brand new seed packs/box to replace your current ones.

We will send over your replacement seed packs as soon as possible, free of charge.
We will get in touch with you and provide a full refund for voided purchases or items that are out of stock but have been checked out on our Online Store with full payment made.
