Herb Seeds: Cosmos (Ulam Raja)

Ulam Raja, or King's Salad, is an easy-growing annual herb which tastes like arugula. It's young leaves are usually eaten raw with sambal belacan, or used as a garnish. 

This variety grows up to 2m tall in 2 months; pick its young, light green leaves whenever you feel like a munch. If left to grow without harvesting, the plant will produce edible pink flowers, perfect for attracting pollinators to your garden.
