Leafy Seeds: Amaranth (Bayam)
Amaranth, also known as bayam, is a fast-growing, heat-tolerant annual. This variety produces soft, rounded leaves.
Perfect stir-fried, boiled or steamed. Baby leaves can be eaten raw in salad, and shoots can be harvested as early as 2 weeks as microgreens.
Harvest leaves after 3 weeks or the whole plant after 1-2 months.
