Herb Seeds: Thai Basil

Thai Basil is an aromatic perennial herb, being reated to sweet basil and having purple stems and pink-purple flowers. It is native to South East Asia. 

To makan, it is perfect as an accompaniment to Vietnamese pho or a noodle broth, also makes a great garnish. Harvest leaves from stem tips when plant is 6-8 inches long, and prune flowers to prolong its life.
