CANCELLATION POLICY
• All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE
• If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, you may change to a different time slot / date for the same event. Please contact us to make this change within 48 hours of your initial booking
• Bookings cannot be transferred / changed to a booking for a different event (e.g.: Mini Garden Experience change to Ulam Taste Tour)
