Orders, Payments & Delivery

  1. I already submitted my order, but I need to make a change! What do I do? Is it too late? 
    We process our orders within a day, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. The best way to adjust the order is to call or email us within the day of ordering.

  2. When can I expect to receive my order?
    For standard deliveries within Klang Valley, we process orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, before 2pm. You should receive your order within 1-3 business days. We will contact you to arrange a time to receive the items upon receiving your order.

  3. What methods of payment are allowed? 
    We prefer cash-free payments such as bank transfers with receipt of payment emailed or texted to us. Our online shop does not accept debit / credit card payments at this time, but this may change in the near future! Please whatsapp us if you need help with payment.

  4. What is your return policy? 
    We want to ensure everyone is able to grow something, and if you have any issues with germination after 2 weeks, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to figure out what went wrong or replace them.   5. Do you ship internationally? 
    We offer international shipping for our non-gardening supplies such as shirts or tools. As there are restrictions on seeds, plants and soils for different countries, we will assess each request individually. Please do drop us an email at

  6. Does ESR cover taxes, duty for international customers? 
    Unfortunately this is on a case to case basis, and our prices don’t include local taxes, duties or brokerage fees, all the fees that you may be charged to receive your shipment at home. Be sure to consider all fees because once your order arrives you’ll be required to pay all duties and taxes and we won’t be able to refund this to you if you change your mind.

  7. Help! I’m having trouble placing my order on your website.

  8. What are your charges to deliver?

  9. I would like to place a customised order for a seed box or seed pack, is that possible?
    Yes we do customised orders, but it also depends on what sort of customisation you are looking for. Please drop us line for more info.

  10. Do you take bulk orders?

  11. Can you deliver plants as well?
    Yes, we can organize deliveries for plants, but usually have limited stocks for live plants. As we are dealing with edible plants, we can take orders for a limited amount of edible plants but will need minimum 2 weeks lead time.

  12. I didn't get what I ordered for!
    We are sorry for this. We try our best to avoid this but mixups do happen. Please do snap a photo of what you have received and email or Whatsapp it to us at +60189846616 and we will get the right package to you soon.
